Todd the skunk has to make it through three levels of different west coast regional extreme weather scenarios found in the states Oregon, Washington, and California. When you play you start by getting put in one of the three places, and have to make it through that one to win. There are three possible scenarios that you could be placed into; California (drought and wildfire), Oregon (Windstorm and others), and Washington (Heavy rain and Flooding, maybe avalanches, flooding, etc). In order to win the game you have to successfully complete the scenario you are randomly placed into by both surviving for a certain period and meeting the extra goal.
