The game is turn-based, with each turn representing 6 months. During each turn, you can take unlimited actions. When done, press “Advance” to proceed to the next turn. Every two years, an election is held. Win the majority of electoral votes to continue. Lose, and the game ends. The main actions of the game comes through district management: Your country is divided into 16 districts whose industry and tax rate you control. Using the money you generate through taxes, you're able to build new industries to provide food, money, research, etc. Affects money earned and district popularity.
