Description

Our game was meant to be a farming, combat, and bartering adventure. We chose to go with a topdown, 2.5D style to suit what we had in mind for the combat and farming systems. We were heavily inspired by games such as Stardew Valley, and Harvest Moon. We wanted a game that had various things to constantly keep the player busy, when their crops were growing they could go into the mines and collect precious rocks, after harvesting their crops they would be able to go to the villiage and trade their items for more powerful weapons to allow them to fight harder monsters deeper in the mines. Our goal was to always keep the player moving. This is not quite how our game turned out though, our heavy ambition was met with unforseen challenges of course, and we were never able to get fully polished versions of the combat or mining into the game, thought the farming side was finished for the most part.
WASD- movement P - Enter planting mode (in farm room) LMB - plant crop/ primary attack RMB - alternate attack Scroll wheel - switch plant placement type E - open inventory F - interact O - Pick up items (this one is a work in progress lol)
As of now we do not have a compiled version of our game, but it is fully open source (linked above)
